So, I don't know if that has something to do with it, but I don't want to try and move the game file cuz i'm afraid I'll screw the entire game up. Also, I sometimes get an error that closes down the app and when I open up the trace log it says something around the lines of-this game wasn't found in the typical save location-but then it finds it.

Launch NMM and select Skyrim and whatever other games you have that are on the list. Go through the rest of the program and finish installing. You'll know you did it right when you see "C:\Nexus Mod Manager" and "C:\Program Files (x86)" on the same page after you have installed everything.

In other words, install it in the C drive itself. Install NMM on that hard drive so the directory path looks like this: "C:\Nexus Mod Manager". the hard drive that has the steam folder).
